Helping today’s ambitious executives become clear-hearted, confident leaders.

I work with C-suite executives and senior leaders accountable for results, people, and culture.

Leadership asks
a lot of you.

I help you slow down in a fast-paced world so you can become the kind of leader people trust.

I bring psychology-backed frameworks into our work, but always in a practical, human way. Grounded in the principles of character, care, and capability, our work moves beyond jargon and trends, helping you lead with clarity and credibility when it matters most.

You show up for everyone else, but you need a space to reconnect with the leader you want to be.

Coaching may be right for you if:

You’re an experienced leader navigating a never ending cycle of decision-making.

You’re managing change or transition and need a space to think clearly.

You’re carrying real organizational weight that few see, and you’d appreciate a confidential sounding board.

You care deeply about your
people and your results.

You value having a steady,
trusted thinking partner.

Here’s what working together looks like:

A thoughtful, focused partnership.

I work with a small number of clients so each relationship can be meaningful and personal.

Our sessions are structured but conversational. We talk about what’s actually happening in your role. Between sessions, I share reflections or questions to help insights carry into your day-to-day leadership.

Clients often arrive feeling stretched or uncertain.

Over time, they describe feeling:

More confident in

Frequently Asked Questions

  • My work isn’t tied to a specific industry, but to supporting thoughtful leaders wherever they are. I’ve partnered with senior leaders across construction, banking, fashion, retail, healthcare, engineering, consulting, technology, nonprofit organizations, and manufacturing, working with both men and women navigating complex responsibilities at the highest levels.

  • My annual coaching packages start at $18,000. This includes an in-depth Hogan personality assessment and two coaching sessions per month, conducted via Zoom. Additional assessments, such as 360-degree feedback, can be added for an additional investment. Payment options are available monthly, quarterly, or as a single full payment. My coaching is typically sponsored by an employer.

  • No. In fact, most of my clients are highly ambitious and capable. However, you may feel a sense of overwhelm or simply feel like you need a sounding board for more difficult decisions.

  • My coaching is dynamic, and together we will identify your core goals, and then I will use my experience and knowledge to bring forward the ideas and resources that will help you most. This may include topics such as emotional intelligence, authentic leadership, strategic leadership and planning, executive presence, collaborative communication techniques, the psychology of change, self-leadership, appropriate use of influence, or motivation and engagement.

  • Clients often tell me they value having a thoughtful, grounded partner who truly listens and speaks plainly. I’m able to quickly get oriented to what matters most, understand the complexity of the dynamics at play, and help clients see their situation more clearly, often in ways they haven’t been able to on their own.

  • Kate has been an incredible advisor in my corner for the past two years. My effectiveness as a leader, a father, and a husband has increased because of her one-of-a-kind ability to listen, help pull out critical information and coach me towards my goals. After working with five different coaches through the years, she has been the best. I have recommended her to several CEOs already and will again.

  • My work with Kate is the best part of my month. I look forward to the sessions every time because I know it's going to help me reframe what I'm dealing with. Kate is different than most coaches - she can get to the spiritual and mental roadblocks more than any coach I know. Working with her has been life changing.

  • What impressed me most during my time with Kate is how quickly she was able understand what was often a complex issue, as well as figure out what I was thinking and feeling within the context of the problem. She is very results oriented, so her consultation was always very effective and on task. She always made sure I asked myself what the desired outcome was. She also was there to give me a reality check when needed. I have reached significant development goals during my time with Kate and I credit much of that success to the time we spent together.

  • Kate is a wonderful partner in my journey to better myself professionally, and to continue improving in the areas that make me into the leader I want to become (whether these are strengths or weaknesses). I would absolutely recommend Kate to work with you on your challenges and successes, as you navigate your journey in business and life.

  • I learned so much about myself during our work together!! I am extremely thankful for all of the effort you put into my development. Your ability to listen and understand what I was thinking or feeling was amazing and I think it was a big factor in us being able to accomplish so many things!!

    Jeff

  • One of the most important things Kate did for me was to hold up a mirror, showing me my strengths and my blinds spots. As a leader of an intimate team, it was important for me to identify where I needed to grow and how to get there. I feel stronger, more prepared, and empowered to really make progress in my position and with my team. My only regret is not doing this work sooner.
