Why do capable, high-achieving people still find themselves depleted?

A woman sitting on a white chair at a white desk, writing in a notebook with a blue pen. She is smiling and looking down. On her desk are a white mug, a computer, a microphone, and some documents. Behind her is a bookshelf, a computer monitor, a small plant, a lamp, and some papers pinned on a wall.

What began as my early curiosity about stress, personality, and fulfillment has grown into over two decades of work as a coach and psychologist.

Today, I work with leaders who carry real responsibility and want space to think honestly about what they’re facing.

Our conversations help you make sound decisions, stay anchored to your values, and lead in ways that feel both effective and sustainable.

I founded my coaching practice in 2015 to bring together psychology, leadership experience, and thoughtful conversation.

I became a registered Psychologist in New Zealand in 2010, with research focused on stress, emotional intelligence, and well-being at work. Before moving to the United States, I worked as a Corporate Psychologist and led a team of thirteen, giving me firsthand experience of the responsibility leaders carry every day.

Today, I live in the Minneapolis–St. Paul area with my husband and two boys. Outside of work, I’m happiest around dogs (corgis especially), on snow or water skis, or enjoying a good glass of chardonnay.

My work is grounded in a simple belief: you shouldn’t have to choose between being effective and being human.

It’s about learning how to hold both, especially when things feel complex, demanding, or uncertain. These are the values that guide my work:
